When I joined RLM PR, I saw an opportunity to refresh their social presence. The content needed more focus, so I developed a strategy with key pillars: celebrating client wins, sharing firm updates, highlighting New York’s rich history (since that’s our home base), showcasing marketing work, and offering industry tips. The goal? To make sure RLM's followers knew exactly what they were all about.
I created graphic templates that'd be easy to reuse, content based on memes, and content calendars that prioritized social and industry trends.
